Volunteer and Community Partner
Dolan joined our team at Pinelands Family Success Center (PFCS) in January as our Volunteer & Community Partner. He graduated from Wilmington University with a BS degree in Psychology. He brings his experience in community outreach and recreational programs, as well as instruction in private/ public settings with him. He is originally from Southern New Jersey but spent the last five years in Pittsburgh working as a Program Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh, running their Bigs in Blue Program as well as starting up a newer high school iMentor program. Under that umbrella, he had many responsibilities including fundraising, law enforcement mentorships, facilitating groups, and leading creative arts activities. He loves animals and people. His warmth, wit, compassion, and insight are a welcome addition to our community and his heart and door is always open. The fine arts, nature, technology, films, are among other passions he loves to share.

Antonio Ruiz

Family Partner
Antonio is an enthusiastic advocate for families in need of vital services and supports to help them lead happy, healthy, and productive lives. This makes him an ideal fit at Pinelands Family Success Center (PFSC). As Family Partner, he links families to helpful resources to help them gain a strength-based approach to manage the challenges they may face. Prior to joining PFSC, Antonio worked for the Department of Corrections (DOC) for 25 years, followed by his time with Rowan College of Burlington County as a Safety Officer. He was accountable for building “trust” relationships which is vital for sharing information to create successful outcomes. In addition to family, Antonio spends his spare time on various volleyball leagues and quality time with his twin daughters and family.
